At Prologue Communications, we know that a strong first chapter makes for a great story.

We help you build a compelling marketing story through a simple 3-step process - Consult, Create and Connect. We begin by understanding our client's need, then define the communications strategy and then build the key messages and flesh out the story.

Consult

We listen to the issue and get to the root of the problem by not just treating the symptoms. We make sure we understand our client's business objectives and the goals that need to be achieved. We also analyse the impact they wish to make on their target audience/customers. Then we take all this back to the drawing board and strategise a plan that is aligned with their business objectives.

Create

This is where the fun begins. Our team of experienced professionals and strategic thinkers, collaborate and pull out all the stops. Fresh ideas are pitched together with some tried and tested ones. We pick out the ones that serve and support the bigger picture and bring the pieces together to create a compelling story to tell.

Connect

We take the story and connect it with the intended audience. Here, sometimes one size does not necessarily fit all. We fine-tune to ensure that the approach we use in telling the same story is tailored for and targeted at the type of customers our client want to reach. Ultimately, each approach is designed to ensure that their target audience takes action after taking in the story. The results are measured and the approach is adjusted whenever necessary to keep the connection between client and customer strong.
